Casa Zuloaga is accessed via a quiet street that leads on to a spacious front patio. By entering the house you will find yourself in an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, connected to the spacious living room with dining area. On the same floor is also a guest WC, plenty of storage space and the weight staircase which leads to the upper floor. From the living room area you have access to a private patio with outside furnishers, an outside shower and a private swimming pool. This is the perfect spot to relax and take a refreshing dip in the pool. Via a large staircase you will reach the upper floor, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is connected to a spacious walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has access to an additional outside area / terrace.
